Where possible, please provide more than 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations to avoid incurring charges for the missed appointment or loss of the appointment in the case of pre-paid sessions.
Less than 24 hours or no notice will result in pre-payment being requested on booking of future appointment appointment and a 50% fee will be charged for to cover the missed appointment. This balance must be cleared to secure any future appointments, along with prepayment for any new booking to avoid this happening further.
If you have pre-paid for any appointments or block bookings, any cancellations with less than 24 hours or no notice will result in the loss of the appointment from the total number of sessions pre-paid for; the session will not be transferrable or re-arranged in these circumstances.
For any COVID-19 related cases, appointments will be rearranged to a suitable time following government guidance without any additional costs associated.
